Za’atar Chicken

Za’atar refers to a seasoning mixture popular in the Middle East, with notes of nuttiness, toastiness, herbiness, and tanginess, with a slight touch of mintiness. Za’atar Chicken coats the chicken in za’atar with other earthy, smoky spices and then slow-cooks it. The result is melt-in-your-mouth meat paired with sweet dried fruits perfect for serving over rice. Za’atar Chicken is easy to make and will welcome you home after a long day with a warm, aromatic welcome!
