Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9-ounce) package chocolate wafers
  • chocolate curls, optional, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.

Step 2 –Add the confectioners’ sugar and the vanilla to the whipped cream and beat until it is stiff.

Step 3 –Spread heaping teaspoons of the whipped cream onto the chocolate wafers.

Step 4 –Make six stacks of the frosted wafers, forming a 14-inch-long cake, and place it, edge-side down, on a serving platter.

Step 7 –Slice and serve.
