Ingredients
For the brownie crust:
- 1 (18-ounce) package fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 large eggs
For the frosting:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk or cream, plus more, to taste
For the toppings:
- strawberries, to taste, hulled and sliced
- chocolate melts, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Coat a 12-inch round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3 –In a large bowl, stir the brownie mix, the oil, and the water together.
Step 4 –Stir the eggs into the brownie batter until well-mixed.
Step 5 –Pour the batter onto the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 12-15 minutes.
Step 6 –Transfer the brownie crust from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 1 hour.
Step 7 –In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a bowl with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese. the powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon of the milk together. If the frosting mixture seems too thick, add the extra milk to thin it out to the desired, spreadable consistency.
Step 8 –Spread the frosting over the brownie, leaving about 1/4-inch unfrosted around the edge.
Step 9 –Place the sliced strawberries on the brownie pizza.
Step 10 –Melt the chocolate melts in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until smooth.
Step 11 –Drizzle the melted chocolate over the brownie pizza and let the brownie pizza rest until the chocolate drizzle hardens, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 12 –Slice and serve.
