Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 pound butter, melted
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (4 pound) chicken, cut into pieces
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 –Add the crushed garlic to the melted butter in a shallow dish, stirring to combine.
Step 4 –In a separate mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 5 –Dip the chicken pieces into the garlic butter and then into the crumb mixture to coat.
Step 6 –Place the coated chicken pieces into the prepared dish.
Step 7 –Drizzle the chicken with the remaining garlic butter.
Step 8 –Bake uncovered until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, about 1-1 1/4 hours.
