Ingredients

  • 12 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, can substitute mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, can substitute vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • sea salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • everything bagel seasoning, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half, scooping out the egg yolks.

Step 2 –Place the yolks into a small mixing bowl.

Step 3 –Mash the yolks with a fork until they resemble a fine powder.

Step 4 –In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, the lemon juice, the Dijon, the salt, and the pepper.

Step 5 –Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or resealable plastic bag with a corner cut off.

Step 6 –Sprinkle each of the eggs with the everything bagel seasoning.

Step 7 –Serve!
