Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion, finely grated
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 8 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Step 3 –In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, the pimientos, the Worcestershire, the onion, the crushed red pepper, the extra-sharp cheddar cheese, and the sharp cheddar cheese together.
Step 4 –Spoon the cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake until bubbly and golden on top, about 20 minutes.
