Baked Ham & Cheese Slider Sandwiches

Baked Ham & Cheese Slider Sandwiches are ham and cheese sandwiches but better! Each mini sandwich is layered with smoky ham and Swiss cheese. To top it all off, the ham and cheese are accompanied by a homemade condiment containing tangy mustard, savory Worcestershire sauce, and dried minced onion. Baked Ham & Cheese Slider Sandwiches are sure to become your new favorite way to eat the traditional sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 24 mini sandwich rolls
  • 1 pound deli ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound Swiss cheese, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 3 –In a small bowl combine the butter, the Dijon mustard, the Worcestershire sauce, and the dried minced onion.

Step 4 –Cut the rolls in half lengthwise still connected and separate the top from the bottom.

Step 5 –Put the bottom piece in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.

Step 6 –Place half of the ham onto the rolls in a layer.

Step 7 –Place the Swiss cheese on top of the ham layer.

Step 8 –Place the remaining ham slices on top of the cheese.

Step 9 –Put the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches.

Step 10 –Drizzle the sauce evenly over the rolls until they are fully coated and all of the sauce is used.

Step 11 –Bake the sandwiches until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.

Step 12 –Separate into individual sandwiches and serve warm.
