Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons onions, chopped
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Heat a skillet on the stove-top over medium-high heat.
Step 3 –Brown the pork chops in the skillet, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Step 4 –Place the browned chops in a baking dish.
