Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons cold butter, diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Mix the flour, the sugar, the baking soda, and the kosher salt in a bowl.
Step 3 –Work the diced cold butter by hand into the flour mixture.
Step 4 –Add the raisins, the caraway seeds, and the buttermilk into the dough and mix to combine.
