Blueberries and strawberries are added to a ripe, sweet banana, a splash of vanilla almond milk, and some baby spinach, then blended into a smooth, cool delight. Topped with wholesome chia seeds, Berry Power Smoothie will recharge your taste buds and give you the perfect burst of energy. It’s such a blast!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, can substitute raspberries or blackberries or a blend of all three
  • 1/2 frozen medium banana, peeled
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, plus more, to taste
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Place your intended serving glass in the freezer and let it chill.

Step 2 –In a blender, add 1/2 cup of the blueberries, the strawberries, the banana, 1 cup of the almond milk, and the baby spinach and blend until it is smooth.

Step 3 –If the smoothie is too thick, add the extra almond milk and blend until it reaches the desired thickness.

Step 4 –Serve the smoothie in the chilled glass, garnished with the extra blueberries and the chia seeds.
