Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 2 (6-ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon parmesan, grated
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a cast-iron skillet with butter.
Step 3 –In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, blue cheese, and chives until the chicken is well-coated. Set the mixture aside.
Step 4 –Roll out each piece of the biscuit dough into 4-inch rounds.
Step 5 –Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken filling to each rounded-out biscuit. Add a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
Step 6 –Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal them and forming them into a ball. Repeat this process for all of the biscuits.
Step 7 –Place the biscuit balls seam side down in the greased skillet.
Step 8 –In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter, parsley, garlic, and parmesan together.
Step 9 –Brush the biscuit balls with the garlic butter.
Step 10 –Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
