Plump chicken breasts are topped with creamy Swiss cheese slices, drizzled with a chardonnay-infused sauce, and then sprinkled with an herbed stuffing mix for a good-with-any-veggie kind of a meal. Ingredients
- 6 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chardonnay
- 1 1/2 cups boxed herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3 –Add the chicken breasts in a single layer to the bottom of the prepared baking dish, then top them each with 1 slice of the Swiss cheese.
Step 4 –In a medium bowl, add the cream of chicken soup and the chardonnay and whisk until it is smooth.
Step 5 –Pour the soup-wine mixture over the chicken breasts.
Step 6 –Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
Step 7 –Cover the baking dish with foil and bake the chicken breasts, about 40 minutes.
Step 8 –Discard the foil and bake the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and the juices run clear and the stuffing mixture is toasted, about 20 minutes.
Step 9 –Serve.
