Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
- 3/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided.
- 1 bunch celery, optional, cleaned and cut into 4-inch pieces
- 1 (8 ounce) box crackers, optional, of your choice
Directions
Step 1 –Heat the chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Step 2 –Stir in the cream cheese and ranch dressing.
Step 3 –Cook, stirring, until well blended and warm.
Step 4 –Mix in half of the shredded cheese.
Step 5 –Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
Step 6 –Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
Step 7 –Cover and cook on low setting until hot and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Step 8 –Serve with celery sticks and crackers.
