  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
  • 5 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 30 buttery rounds baked crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon scallions, sliced, for garnish


Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a baking sheet with foil.

Step 3 –In a medium bowl, add the cream of chicken soup, the cottage cheese, the sour cream, the cream cheese, the Creole seasoning, the onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of the garlic powder and stir until well-blended and smooth.

Step 4 –Add the chicken and the parsley to the soup mixture and fold until the chicken is evenly coated.
