Simply cook the bouncy egg noodles in the bubbly, boiling pot, then season them with the salty salt and peppery pepper, add a bit of beloved parmesan, and hooray! We did it! Ingredients
- 4 ounces egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- kosher salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated

Directions
Step 1 –In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the egg noodles to al dente, according to the package directions.
Step 2 –Drain the water and return the cooked noodles to the pot.
Step 3 –Add the butter to the noodles and stir until it has melted.
Step 4 –Season the noodles with the salt and the pepper.
Step 5 –Serve the noodles sprinkled with the parmesan.
