Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds country-style pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup barbeque sauce, homemade or store-bought
- parsley leaves, optional, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –Place the ribs in a large pot and cover them with water.
Step 2 –Stir in the kosher salt, the garlic powder, and the pepper.
Step 3 –Bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
Step 4 –Continue to boil the ribs until they are tender, about 40-45 minutes.
Step 5 –Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 6 –Transfer the ribs from the pot to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 7 –Pour the barbeque sauce over the ribs and cover the dish with foil.
Step 8 –Bake until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 160 degrees F, about 1 hour-1 hour 30 minutes.
Step 9 –Serve garnished with the parsley.
