Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
Directions
Step 1 –Set the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Crush the garlic with your rosemary, salt and pepper, and make it into a paste.
Step 3 –Score the meat with a sharp knife in several places and press in the garlic paste in the openings.
Step 4 –Rub in the meat with the garlic mixture and oil.
Step 5 –Place the pork loin into the oven, turning and basting the pork with the pan liquids.
Step 6 –Cook it until the pork is no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. A thermometer inserted in the center should read 145 degrees F when the pork is fully cooked.
