Fresh blueberries are tossed with a little brown sugar and vanilla extract, and then are placed on a foundation of an oat, almond, and coconut-filled crumble for an amazing, flavor-packed bar. Maybe make a double batch, because Gooey Blueberry Bars won’t stick around long. What a joy-filled treat!

Ingredients
For the crumble mixture:
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
For the blueberry filling:
- 1 (11-ounce) container fresh blueberries, rinsed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the butter, the oats, 1/4 cup of the brown sugar, the flour, the coconut, and the almonds and mix to combine.
Step 4 –Reserve 1 cup of the crumble mixture. Pack the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Step 5 –In a second large bowl, add the blueberries, the remaining brown sugar, and the vanilla extract and toss to combine.
Step 6 –Evenly spread the blueberry mixture over the crumble mixture.
Step 7 –Evenly pour the reserved crumble mixture over the blueberry mixture.
Step 8 –Bake the bars, about 45 minutes.
Step 9 –Cut the bars into squares and serve.
