Drinking enough water is very important for human health, because water helps the body get rid of toxins in a way, and it also helps a lot in regulating body temperature.

It will keep the muscles and bones hydrated so that they are lubricated well, it also removes toxins, keeps away infections, and makes sure the nutrients reach the cells.

The functioning of organs also depends on a good level of hydration, and drinking lots of water will improve the quality of sleep and it even elevate the mood. The body is made up of 50% to 75% of water, and dehydration happens when one doesn’t drink enough amount of water, or when the amount of water leaving the body in any way is higher than the amount of water entering the body.
