Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 6 cups kale, chopped
  • 2 avocados, halved, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 cups strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 cup whole almonds
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

For the poppyseed dressing:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon poppyseeds

Directions

Step 1 –Place the kale in a large bowl and top with arranged rows of the avocados, the strawberries, the almonds, the blackberries, the blueberries, and the feta.

Step 2 –Whisk the mayonnaise, the milk, the sugar, the apple cider vinegar, and the poppyseeds together in a small bowl.
