Ingredients

  • 1 (0.3-ounce) package sugar-free lime gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water, boiling
  • 2 (6-ounce) cartons key lime yogurt
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9-inch) reduced-fat graham cracker crust

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the gelatin and the boiling water and stir until it has completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.

Step 2 –Whisk the yogurt into the gelatin mixture.

Step 3 –Fold the whipped topping into the gelatin mixture.

Step 4 –Pour the pie filling into the crust.

Step 5 –Refrigerate, covered, until the pie has set, for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

Step 6 –Slice and serve.
