Mayo Chicken

A simple name for a simple yet scrumptious meal! Mayo Chicken drapes chicken with a tangy, aromatic mayo sauce topping and roasts it into tender, savory perfection. Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 whole chicken, cut into 6 pieces
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Stir the mayonnaise, the garlic, the rosemary, the salt, and the pepper in a bowl.

Step 3 -Place the chicken pieces in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 4 -Spread the mayo mixture over the chicken pieces.

Step 5 -Top the chicken mixture with the parmesan.

Step 6 -Bake until the juices run clear, the chicken pieces are no longer pink in the middle, and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the chicken breasts reads 165 degrees F, about 1 hour 10 minutes.

Step 7 -Serve hot.
