For the pork chops:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 pounds pork chops, boneless
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 -In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the bacon crumbles, 1/2 cup of the green onions, and 1/2 of the cheddar cheese, until fully combined. Set it aside.
Step 3 -Heat the oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
