Mississippi Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (1-pound) package bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a 9×13-inch pan casserole dish, mix the potatoes, the cheddar cheese, the bacon, the green onions, and the garlic salt.

Step 3 –Stir in the mayonnaise.

Step 4 –Bake until the top turns golden brown and the potatoes are cooked through, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
