Ingredients

    For the meatballs:

    • 2 pounds ground beef
    • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
    • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/3 cup ketchup

    For the cranberry sauce:

    • 1 (14-ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
    • 1 (12-ounce) bottle chili sauce
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Directions

    Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

    Step 2 –Grease a shallow rimmed baking sheet.

    Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the beef, the parsley, the soy sauce, the garlic salt, the onion, the oats, the eggs, the pepper, and the ketchup and mix until it is well-combined.

    Step 4 –Roll the meat mixture into 2-inch-wide meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

    Step 5 –Bake the meatballs until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, about 25 minutes. Drain off any excess grease.

    Step 6 –In a small bowl, add the cranberry sauce, the chili sauce, the brown sugar, and the lemon juice and whisk until it is smooth.
