Ingredients
- 9 slider rolls or plate buns
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Softly brush an 8×8-inch baking dish with melted butter or spray with non-stick spray.
Step 3 –Cut the supper rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4 –Spread the pesto sauce over the bottom half of the rolls.
Step 5 –Add the chicken in a layer over the pesto.
Step 6 –Sprinkle the mozzarella over the chicken.
Step 7 –Place the top half of the rolls on top.
Step 8 –In a small bowl, add the butter, garlic salt, and parsley together and whisk to combine.
Step 9 –Brush or drizzle the butter blend over top of the sliders.
Step 10 –Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Step 11 –Bake until the mozzarella is softened, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 12 –Serve warm.
