Ingredients

  • 2 (16.3-ounce) cans of refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • cheese, optional, of your choice, to taste, divided
  • pizza sauce, optional, to taste, divided
  • pepperoni, optional, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a Bundt™ pan.

Step 3 –Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place the biscuit pieces in a large bowl.

Step 4 –Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, and 1/4 of the cheese you are using, tossing them to combine.

Step 5 –Place about 1/2 of the biscuit mixture in the greased Bundt™ pan, spreading it so it is even throughout the pan.

Step 6 –Add 1/2 of the sauce, 1/4 of the cheese, and 1/2 of the pepperoni to the pan.

Step 7 –Add the remaining biscuit mixture to the pan.

Step 8 –Cover the biscuit pieces with the remaining sauce, the remaining cheese, and the remaining pepperoni.

Step 9 –Bake until cooked through, about 50 minutes-55 minutes.

Step 10 –Transfer the pan from the oven and invert it onto a serving plate.

Step 11 –Serve warm.
