Potluck Little Smokies

These little guys are a party favorite for a reason! For the host, Potluck Little Smokies are extremely simple to throw together. You literally combine all the sweet and tangy sauce ingredients, smother the meaty little smokies in it, and dump it all in your slow cooker to bring the flavor alive. That’s it! Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 (14-ounce) packages little smokies
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, optional, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –In a bowl, whisk together the ketchup, the brown sugar, the soy sauce, the garlic powder, the honey, and the sriracha.

Step 2 –Add the little smokies to a slow cooker.

Step 3 –Pour the sauce over the little smokies and stir to evenly coat.

Step 4 –Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours or on high heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Step 5 –Sprinkle the cooked little smokies with the parsley.

Step 6 –Serve.
