Great casseroles are one of the main reasons potlucks were invented, or perhaps vice versa; either way, casseroles are a great way to share genuine and heartfelt home-cooking with a crowd. It’s in that loving spirit that this Potluck Spaghetti Bake appears: a tender, almost ethereal angel hair dish with melty cheese, savory chicken, vibrant salsa, and plenty of Tex-Mex flavors in a creamy sauce. It brings people together, and isn’t that exactly what potlucks aim to do? Potluck Spaghetti Bake thinks so!
