Sand Buckets

Whale, whale, whale, look what we have here! Surf on up to these sweet and sunny Sand Buckets! Whether you’re throwing a beach-themed bash or are a little crabby that you can’t hear the waves crashing nearby, we’re shore you’ll love wading your spoon through these cute pudding cups layered with sweet, crunchy cookies. Shell we make one for ya? Well, then kick off your flip-flops and grab a shovel (or a spoon)! ‘Tis the sea-son for fun (flavors) in the sun!

Ingredients

• 1/2 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip®
• 1 (3.3-ounce) box instant chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 (13.29-ounce) package vanilla sandwich cookies, crushed
• drink umbrellas, optional, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the butter, and the powdered sugar and mix with an electric hand mixer until it is combined.

Step 2 -Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until it is well-blended.

Step 3 -In a second medium bowl, add the pudding mix and the milk and whisk until it is combined.

Step 4 -Add the pudding-milk mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.

Step 5 -Add 2-3 tablespoons of the crushed cookies to the bottom of each of the serving cups and top with 2-3 tablespoons of the pudding mixture.

Step 6 -Repeat the layers once then sprinkle the tops evenly with 1 more layer of the crushed cookies.

Step 7 -Serve the pudding cups decorated with the drink umbrellas.
