Spicy Cranberry Relish

Cranberry as a side dish is so interesting. It’s one of those dishes that you either really, really love or have very strong feelings against. Who knew such a small side dish could bring forth such passion? Well, that was until this Spicy Cranberry Relish came into existence. Solving the great divide, this sweet and spicy, jammy and satisfying spread tastes so heavenly alongside all your favorite Thanksgiving dishes. Yep, that’ll do it. Now all your problems are solved, so go enjoy your family time in peace surrounded by all the good food, including this Spicy Cranberry Relish! There’s absolutely nothing else to worry or disagree about now (haha).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1 –In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir together until well-combined.

Step 2 –Transfer to the refrigerator and chill completely, about 2 hours.

Step 3 –Serve.
