Ingredients
- 2 cups 1% cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dillweed
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Step 1 –In a blender, blend the cottage cheese and the milk until it is smooth.
Step 2 –Stir the mayonnaise, the minced onion, the parsley, the dillweed, the seasoned salt, and the garlic powder into the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
