No one ever really wants to eat their veggies; carbs and sweets and junk foods just taste so much better. Veggie Crack might just change your mind, though. Nutty black beans, sweet corn kernels, crunchy bell peppers, and smooth avocados make up the base of the nourishing dish you won’t be able to get enough of. The part that really hooks you is the sweet and spicy juices and seasonings that get mixed in (and yes, there’s even a little bit of sugar to satisfy your sweet tooth). Veggie Crack is perfect on its own, or you could go crazy and use it as a dip for your tortilla chip. Either way, ensuring you have your daily dose of veggies will never be a problem again!
