Sunday Morning Parfaits

Breakfast on the go is hard enough, but breakfast on the go and with a touch of elegance and class? Nearly impossible! Or rather, it was until Sunday Morning Parfaits came along! Now it doesn’t matter whether it’s a lazy Sunday morning or a runaround weekday, because indulgence is only 10 minutes (or less) away! Stripes of creamy, tangy vanilla yogurt layered with tropical pineapple, refreshing raspberries, delightful bananas, and a topping of crunchy almonds… yes indeed, Sunday Morning Parfaits have everything you could want for a breakfast that’s packed with energy and flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup dates or raisins, chopped
  • 1 cup ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced

Directions

Step 1 –In four parfait glasses or serving dishes, layer the pineapple, the yogurt, the raspberries, the dates, and the banana slices.

Step 2 –Sprinkle the parfaits with the almonds.

Step 3 –Serve immediately.
