Quickly whip up a creamy, fluffy cloud of deliciousness that’s layered with fresh and juicy strawberries, pineapples, and blackberries. Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 container Cool Whip topping
  • 1 box instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • canned pineapple chunks, to taste, drained
  • fresh strawberries, to taste, hulled and halved, plus more, to taste, whole
  • fresh blackberries, to taste, halved

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and the butter and beat with an electric hand mixer until it is smooth.

Step 2 –Add the confectioners’ sugar to the cream cheese mixture and beat to combine.

Step 3 –Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 4 –In a medium bowl, add the pudding mix, the milk, and the vanilla extract and use an electric hand mixer to beat to combine.

Step 5 –Fold the pudding mixture into the Cool Whip mixture.

Step 6 –In four dessert cups, evenly divide and layer in the pineapple chunks, 1/3 of the Cool Whip mixture, the strawberry halves, 1/2 of the remaining Cool Whip mixture, the blackberries, and the remaining Cool Whip mixture, in that order.

Step 7 –Top the parfaits with the extra whole strawberries.

Step 8 –Place the parfaits in the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.

Step 9 –Serve.
