Sweet Macaroni Salad? Is that a thing? Turns out, yes, and it’s amazing! Sweet Macaroni Salad uses sweetened condensed milk as its creamy, luscious base, so it’s sweet without being sugary. Cider vinegar brings the tang, while the carrots, green peppers, and onion add crunch, brightness, and freshness. Oh, and don’t forget the tender macaroni!
