Ingredients

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, minced
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, the strawberries, the green onions, and the cilantro.

Step 2 –In a small bowl, whisk the oil, the vinegar, and the salt.

Step 3 –Gently stir the oil mixture into the tomato mixture.

Step 4 –Refrigerate until ready to serve.
