This Tuscan Terrace Spritzer will transport you straight to a Tuscan terrace—perfect for enjoying the sunshine on your patio!

Ingredients

For the cranberry-rosemary ice ring:

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 4-5 rosemary springs
  • water, as needed to fill a bundt pan halfway

For the cranberry simple syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup water

For the punch:

  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups vodka
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • orange slices, optional, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Scatter 2 cups of the cranberries and the rosemary sprigs in a bundt pan.

Step 2 –Fill the pan halfway with water.

Step 3 –Transfer the pan to the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.

Step 4 –In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, the remaining 1 cup cranberries, and 1 cup water.

Step 5 –Bring the mixture to a simmer and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 6 –Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Step 7 –Cover the saucepan and let it steep for at least 30 minutes.

Step 8 –Strain the syrup.

Step 9 –Pour the prepared cranberry simple syrup, orange juice, vodka, and sparkling water into a punch bowl.

Step 10 –Run the outside of the frozen bundt cake pan under warm water until the ice ring can pop out in one piece.

Step 11 –Transfer the ice ring to the punch bowl.

Step 12 –Add the orange slices in a decorative pattern.

Step 13 –Serve.
