Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 red apples, unpeeled, cut into bite-size pieces

For the sauce:

  • 1 cup whole milk, cold
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, the peaches, the oranges, the bananas, and the red apples.

Step 2 –In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, the sour cream, the orange juice concentrate, and the vanilla pudding mix.

Step 3 –Gently fold the sauce into the fruit mixture.

Step 4 –Cover and chill for 3-4 hours.

Step 5 –Serve.
