However, you’re already prepping the big feast for tomorrow and don’t have time to make a whole new meal for this moment. Wait, don’t put yourself in this situation! Let’s rewind and make The Thanksgiving Roll-Ups ahead of their arrival. And now, instead of complaints, you’ll be hearing praise for just how delicious these little, creamy bites are! They’ll get a tasty preview of what’s to come the next day, thanks to the layers of salty turkey, tangy cranberries, and fresh spinach, which will lift everybody’s spirits. There won’t be a rumbling tummy (or grievance) in the house. The Thanksgiving Roll-Ups really are a saving grace this holiday season!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 (10-inch) soft tortillas
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 12 ounces deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Step 1 –In a small bowl, add the cream cheese and the mayonnaise and use an electric hand mixer to cream until they are smooth.

Step 2 –Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over each of the tortillas.

Step 3 –Evenly top the cream cheese layers with the spinach, the turkey, and the cranberries.

Step 4 –Roll the filled tortillas up into a snug roll.

Step 5 –Individually wrap the filled tortillas in plastic wrap then refrigerate them, about 1 hour.

Step 6 –Cut each of the filled tortillas into 8 pieces.

Step 7 –Serve.
