Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • other seasonings, optional, of your choice, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.

Step 2 –Remove any thick stems from the kale. Tear up the leaves.

Step 3 –Wash the kale if it is not pre-washed, then dry it thoroughly.

Step 4 –Place the kale in a bowl.

Step 5 –Drizzle it with olive oil until it is lightly coated, tossing as needed.

Step 6 –Season the kale with salt and your favorite seasonings.

Step 7 –Spread the kale out on baking sheets.

Step 8 –Bake the kale in the oven until crispy, about 20-30 minutes.

Step 9 –Serve hot.
