Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 3 Fuji apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions

Step 1 –Whisk the mayo, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.

Step 2 –Add the apples, grapes, celery, and walnuts to the mayo mixture and stir well.
