Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish, drained
  • 1 tablespoon relish
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
  • 2 ounces deli-sliced corned beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained, patted dry, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped, plus more for topping
  • pumpernickel bread, to taste, cut into bite-size pieces, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish.

Step 3 –In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the horseradish, and the relish and purée until it is smooth.

Step 4 –Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a large bowl.

Step 5 –Stir the Swiss cheese, the corned beef, the sauerkraut, and the chives into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.

Step 6 –Use a spatula to evenly spread the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 7 –Bake the dip, uncovered, until it has browned and is bubbling, about 15 minutes.

Step 8 –Sprinkle the dip with the chives.

Step 9 –Serve the dip warm with the bread.
