Bacon can elevate almost any food. Just wrap it in bacon and presto! It becomes tastier than you thought possible! Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus proves this rule and then some: the saltiness and savoriness of the bacon creates a lovely contrast with the crisp, garden flavor of the asparagus. Herbaceous and meaty, Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus is perfect for backyard barbecues, where it can occupy the same plate as grilled chicken or burgers.
