Best White Queso

This isn’t just any old cheese dip. This is the Best White Queso. Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/4 cup white onions, finely chopped
  • 1 pound White American cheese
  • 4 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 (4-ounce) can green chilies, not drained

Directions

Step 1 –Melt the butter in a medium frying pan.

Step 2 –Add the onions to the butter and cook until they become translucent, about 3-5 minutes.

Step 3 –Place the White American cheese and the heavy cream in a medium pan and heat over medium-low heat until the cheese melts.

Step 4 –Add the green chilis and the cooked onions to the cheese mixture and stir well.

Step 5 –Serve hot.
