Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 3/4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, black
- 1 (13.8-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 –Line an 18×26-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3 –In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, the mushrooms, and the onions, while crumbling the meat, until the beef is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess grease.
Step 4 –Stir the salt and the black pepper into the ground beef mixture.
Step 5 –On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza crust into a 12×15-inch rectangle.
Step 6 –Transfer the refrigerated pizza crust to the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7 –In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, the Italian seasoning, and the garlic powder and mix well.
Step 8 –Spread the sour cream mixture over the pizza crust, leaving a 2-inch border empty.
Step 9 –Spoon the ground beef mixture over the sour cream mixture.
Step 10 –Fold the empty border of the pizza crust over the filling, leaving the center filling uncovered.
Step 11 –Bake the tart until the pizza crust is golden, about 15-18 minutes.
Step 12 –Carefully use the parchment paper to slide the tart onto a wire rack to cool.
Step 13 –Sprinkle the top of the tart with the blue cheese.
Step 14 –Let the tart stand for 5 minutes.
Step 15 –Slice and serve.
