Its cloud-like, fluffy chocolate richness is perfect for pretzel dipping or fruit or graham crackers or anything else that could use a dollop of dessert! Brownie Batter Dip is astoundingly easy and quick to make, so you can whip it up and get back to the game before the end of the next time out!
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter, softened to room temperature
- 2 cups powdered sugar, plus more for a stiffer consistency
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder, regular or Dutch-process
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk, plus more as needed
- chocolate chips, optional, for garnish
- pretzels, optional, for serving
- strawberries, optional, for serving
- graham crackers, optional, for serving
- animal crackers, optional, for serving
- apples, optional, for serving
Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl with a handheld electric mixer or the bowl of a stand mixer, whip the cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 2 –Add the powdered sugar, mixing well.
Step 3 –Add the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, vanilla, and milk, mixing until smooth and fluffy. Taste and adjust for consistency, adding powdered sugar or milk as needed until a pretzel can be dipped in without breaking and the dip holds a fluffy shape after dipping.
Step 4 –Garnish with the chocolate chips and serve with your favorite dipping foods!
