Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce, plus more to taste
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 6 ounces rotini pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 (about 1/2 cup) stalk celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 3 –In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the condensed soup, cream cheese, milk, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch seasoning.

Step 4 –Gentry fold in the chicken, cooked pasta, and celery.

Step 5 –Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Step 6 –Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.

Step 7 –Cover the dish tightly with foil or a lid.

Step 8 –Bake until hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted, for about 20-25 minutes.

Step 9 –Serve.
