  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust, softened according to the package directions
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Place the softened pie crust in a shallow-sided 9-inch glass pie plate and crimp the edges.

Step 3 –Add the bacon, the cheddar, the mozzarella, and the parmesan cheese to the bottom of the pie crust.

Step 4 –In a medium bowl, add the milk, the eggs, the salt, and the pepper and whisk to combine.

Step 5 –Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and the cheese.

Step 6 –Bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.

Step 7 –Let the quiche set for 5-10 minutes.
