Glad you asked! It has so many fresh garden veggies that are exploding with sweet, juicy, refreshing tastes. And then there is the fluffy pasta, zesty seasoning, and tangy dressing to add the perfect balance of savory. We haven’t lost it, we promise! Taste this Bursting Pasta Salad for yourself and you’ll understand! It’s a real firework show of awestruck yumminess!
Ingredients
- 12 ounces rotini pasta, dry
- 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded, chopped
- 4 ounces pepperoni, chopped
- 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced olives, drained
- 1/3 (16-ounce) bottle Italian dressing, plus more, to taste
- 1/4 cup jarred salad supreme seasoning, plus more, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –In a large pot of boiling water, cook the rotini to al dente, according to the package directions.
Step 2 –Drain the pasta then rinse it under cold water until it is completely cooled.
Step 3 –Drain the pasta well, then add it to a large mixing bowl.
Step 4 –Add the tomatoes, the cucumber, the pepperoni, the sliced olives, 1/3 of the bottle of Italian dressing, and 1/4 cup of the jar of salad supreme seasoning and mix to combine.
Step 5 –Taste the salad and add more of the dressing and the salad supreme seasoning, if desired.
Step 6 –Serve.
